A Quiet Beginning, and a Cat With Opinions
I’m so excited to finally be bringing the Agate Reach Mysteries into the world.
This project has been living quietly in notebooks, scraps, and late-night conversations for a long time, and it feels good, and a little surreal, to see it beginning to take shape.
Meanwhile, Margin has decided that ordinary cat behavior is beneath her. She is increasingly convinced she is a shoulder cat, which sounds charming until you remember she has opinions, claws, and absolutely no respect for personal boundaries.
And at last, the weather has eased up a bit here in the Willamette Valley. After all that rain, a little break in the clouds feels like a small miracle.
More soon. There are books, secrets, scams, and cat supervision ahead.
